You can never predict what will happen in a shoot — be it a wedding shoot, a prenup shoot, or in this case, a tinghun or chinese engagement. Jerome and Sharlyn surprised me with their candidness, being so nice to be with and to photograph. Sure, theirs was a traditional ceremony, but what a breath of fresh air to see them in their natural ways. Loving, tender, pleasant to each other and to their guests. I think their disposition created the mood for their tinghun! It was a fun time for both of their families and closest friends. Worthy of noting, of course, is how gorgeous Sharlyn is. I simply couldn’t choose just a few of the portraits I took of her and her sisters. They’re all glowing, but of course Sharlyn was extra radiant, especially when she’s beside her handsome soon-to-be-groom Jerome. I’ll let the photos below do the rest of the talking. Cheers!
